How do I get a cleaning quote?+
Choose “Get a free quote” and tell us about your space. You can review your details before opening WhatsApp to send them to our team. We’ll discuss the scope and price with you directly. A request is not a confirmed booking.
Can I arrange a one-off or regular clean?+
Yes. You can request a one-off, weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean. Tell us your preference and we’ll confirm the arrangements and availability with you.
What is included in my clean?+
It depends on the service and your space. Each service card gives you a starting point. We agree the rooms, tasks, priorities and any extras with you before confirming the work.
Do you clean commercial premises?+
We welcome enquiries for offices, educational facilities, retail premises, showrooms, warehouses and ongoing cleaning contracts. Larger or specialist spaces may need a discussion or site visit before we can quote.
Should I provide products or equipment?+
We’ll agree this when planning your clean. Please mention any product preferences, delicate surfaces, allergies or access requirements so we can discuss the right approach.
Can I change my requested date?+
Call or message us as soon as you need to make a change. We’ll discuss the options. Dates entered in the quote form are preferences and are only confirmed once agreed with the team.
